Exceptional Care at Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast

While visiting from Scotland, my mum suffered a serious fall resulting in a head injury, a broken nose, and a fractured cheek. The paramedics responded swiftly and compassionately, and once we arrived at Royal Victoria Hospital, the care she received was nothing short of phenomenal.

From the moment she was admitted, the staff were attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. She was quickly given a CT scan, X-rays, and all the necessary assessments without delay. Every nurse, doctor, and support staff member treated her with genuine warmth and respect, making a frightening experience feel safe and manageable.

As a family, we were deeply moved by the level of care and humanity shown to us. We couldn’t fault a single aspect of the treatment—Royal Victoria Hospital truly exemplifies excellence in patient care. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped Mum through this difficult time.
