"My skin cancer surgery"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Nuclear medicine (diagnostics) Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as a service user),

I was admitted firstly to ward 49 , taken down to Nuclear Medicine for a CT scan, then a wide area excision and lymph node biopsy, and then moved to ward 47 for one night. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptionally caring and friendly. I felt looked after at every stage and I really appreciated how everyone helped when I felt nervous and apprehensive.

Thank you for making my experience as comfortable as possible

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback to all the teams there were involved in your recent hospital treatment and stay. It is understandable that you were apprehensive coming into hospital so it is good to read you had a positive experience.

I will share your feedback with the team in Plastic Surgery.

I hope you are recovering well and wish you all the best.

Kind regards

C Blake
