"Put at ease for day-case surgery"

When I arrived for my surgery at the Wynard Ward in Exeter Hospital, I was welcomed by warm, friendly and caring staff. My ward was clean and comfortable which put me at ease.

I recognised a nurse called Nellie who was really lovely as well as the whole staff. I could not fault the level of care and nothing was too much trouble.

Jenny my surgeon was very approachable, informative and lovely.
