I attended the ulster hospital for an oral surgery day procedure and my care was excellent from start to finish. A lovely nurse Asha gave me all my pre op information at the pre assessment clinic and on the morning of surgery another lovey nurse Lithe from the admission ward put me at ease throughout my admission. Dr Shona and Dr Kerry spent time explaining the surgery pre op and Dr Lauren the anaesthetist explained her role and all three were very mindful and respectful of my severe hearing loss.
The theatre staff put me at ease and the recovery nurses were also lovely unfortunately i didn't get their names. The whole team made what should have been a stressful day actually stress free. they were all pleasant, polite , and professional and i felt very safe in their care. Thanks
"Very positive experience"
