"I am next level impressed"

About: Community Alarm and Equipment Services / Community Alarm & Telecare Service

(as a service user),

I asked for a referral to be made for me by women's aid advocacy worker for a panic/emergency alarm.

I received a call within an hour from a lovely lady and I was like, wow, that was so fast to have been contacted, and 2 hours later it had already been fitted by the lovely "Ant & Dec" who were very friendly and gentle explaining how it works etc. Thank you guys. 

I can't tell you how reassuring and fast this all has been for me as someone in a domestic abuse situation. 

Having worked in care in the community I have dealt with community alarm previously via elderly clients and always found them helpful but this was for me personally, and I am next level impressed. 

Massive thank you 🫶
