"Really caring treatment"

After an MRI Scan at Chorley Urgent Care I was sent by Ambulance straight into a bed on ward 2C. Saw a Dr straight away and it was decided I would be listed for surgery on the following week . Every member of the staff I encountered couldn't have been more helpful and caring despite obviously being under pressure with lots of patients to look after. I had my operation first thing on the Monday morning, again anaesthetist and team were great. So many people are quick to complain but I've only got good things to say . Couldn't find a clinic to remove my clips 10 days after surgery and rang the ward for advice . Advised to come to the ward and someone would remove them for me , again really caring treatment . Thanks to everyone on ward 2C, very grateful to you all .
