"Empathy and professionalism"

A recent experience at A&E with my mother highlighted the empathy and professionalism shown by a doctor named Tyler. 

Relevant tests/investigations were explained clearly and followed up with results promptly, care was shown and compassion along with humour.

My mother was thankful and has shared her experience of this doctor with family and friends.

I work within a neighbouring trust and I know how important it is to share those positive experiences with NHS staff  which so many of us have.
