"Fabulous and knowledgeable staff"

I attended for a 6m routine check in/check up. Swiftly met by HCA Tom whom was assisting the ever-so fabulous and knowledgeable, Sophie. Sophie has been my consultant for many years and I truly value her expertise and trust that she puts forward to me to try and help protect myself with today’s ever evolving modern medicine.

As I previously mentioned, the professional  Tom greeted me from the waiting area and made sure to thoroughly explain what was going to happen today. Once done he switched the conversation to some light topics of general interest which we talked about. I have met him before and he is fantastic at switching you back into the room for work to be done, so to speak, to then moving back once things are underway to the more casual topics of conversation. 

I can confidently say that I enjoyed the time I was with both Dr Sophie and Tom and I don’t think that you could beat this double act when they are working side by side both having in mind patient care at all times.
