"Waiting on doctor to prescribe antibiotics"

I came for an appointment recently as I have really bad diarrhoea. Sent sample in the next day at 8.00am, telephoned many times, came back at 3.00pm the next day. Sent to doctor to write up antibiotics, didn’t get looked at, telephoned again the next day, sent again to doctor and still nearly 24 hours later nothing was done and told by member of staff I'll have to wait. I was unable to keep anything inside of myself for 7 days and feel this was very urgent and no one was responding.
