"I can not thank James enough"

About: CGL Birmingham / Central & West Hub

(as a service user),

Everyone at CGL have been so welcoming + friendly + approachable.

I can not thank James enough. He listened to my ramblings with understanding, gave me option, good advice and knew exactly what support would be beneficial for me, so thank you James!

Even when I thought my support was coming to an end I was still offered ongoing classes + groups I could attend - which I think is a great kind of 'after support' network.

Having said all that - the absence of a Nespresso machine in the waiting area has resulted in the loss of a star..... Tassimo will do!

Dear julynr94

My name is Lydia, and I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at our Central & West Hub.

It’s so lovely to hear that you’ve found the team to be welcoming, friendly, and approachable. Your words about James are especially appreciated. His ability to listen with understanding and offer the right support clearly made a big difference.

Our Services Manager has shared your feedback with James and the wider team, and I know this will mean a lot to everyone.

I’m also really glad you’ve found value in the ongoing groups and classes. That kind of ‘after support’ is something we know is extremely important for people, and it’s great to know it’s been helpful for you.

And thank you for your suggestion about a coffee machine. While we may not be able to implement this in our hub right now, I’ll make sure your feedback is considered, if any future opportunities come up to make this happen.

Thank you once again and I wish you all the very best for your future and continued recovery.

Take care,

Lydia
