About: Community Therapy Services / Bassetlaw Community Therapy

(as a service user),

I have been visited several times by the Community Therapy Team. Firstly, last year by Mel, after I had a fall. 

She was very efficient and friendly. assessing my needs and arranging equipment to be delivered which would help me with daily living. She followed up with another visit to check if everything was ok. 

The second visit (recently) by Bethany after I had been in hospital. She was also very efficient, friendly and advised on further equipment for my current needs and ordered this equipment. Again Bethany followed up with another visit to check equipment etc. 

Overall the Community Therapy Team do a very professional, friendly, efficient service.

I provide efficient, effective, and confidential secretarial services within the Community sector. I undertake office duties including diary management, appointment booking, production of documents, typing/ audio typing and general administration support services. Working alongside UCR and Community Therapy which is a team of over 60 staff which I help assist.
