"Kind, professional and compassionate care from a lovely team"

I just wanted to share the experience we had in the eye clinic/ward at Ninewells. The whole team were friendly and caring and really connected with us, seeing my parents as people not just a condition that required treatment.  They were at all times professional and kind in a difficult situation.  The nursing team went way beyond just providing basic care.  They ensured the holistic wellbeing of my parents.  I am sorry that I can’t remember your names and I hope this makes it back you, thank you for everything, you are a credit to NHS Tayside and a great example of a team who are delivering person-centred, safe and effective care for families.
