"Poor patient care"

Ever since my GP practice was taken over by a medical group, I have experienced patient care to be poor. Many reception staff have been rude to me. They advised me to go to A&E with my problem at 12:30 in the afternoon when the surgery was still open! Their justification was that the time was up for the triage appointments. Following day, I got antibiotics prescribed based on my econsult entry. None of the clinicians even listened to my chest or contacted me to get details of my symptoms!
