(as a service user),

We just wanted to say how wonderful our recent first pregnancy scan experience was within the Maternity unit.

The staff were welcoming and warm, but our Sonographer, Kerry, in particular was outstanding. She was friendly, calm and immediately put us at ease.

The time she took and detail she went into to describe what she was doing was so appreciated. Her skill was very apparent and we were impressed and delighted in equal measure.

Thank you so much for making a fairly anxious appointment so positive.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you so much for taking the time to post this lovely feedback relating to your scan experience, in particular with Keri. your sonographer.

This is exactly the experience we wish women and families to have when they visit our scanning department so the team and Keri will be delighted when I share this with them all.
