"The care I received was second to none"

My GP, Dr Harley at Harley Family Practice, called me yesterday afternoon after blood tests she had done in the morning. She told me that she wanted further investigation into my raised blood test results. She said I had an appointment at CSAU at earlier today.

I went along and had my blood pressure taken, blood samples taken and was told to return later for an ultrasound scan of my liver.

The radiographer, Claire, was very pleasant and efficient. 

Following the scan I had a detailed and informative explanation of the blood tests and scan results from the surgeon. It was a very frank and reassuring conversation that took away my anxiety and answered a lot of questions that had been bothering me.

The care I received in the CSAU was second to none. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was seen after my GP’s blood test results came through, and I’m so impressed that they are following up next week with more blood tests and have told me to contact them in future if I have concerns.

I would like to make special mention of Dr Sarveen and Nurse Sheba for their kindness and compassion. True professionals and charming people. Thank you CSAU.
