"All the staff were so kind and caring"

About: Belfast Health & Social Care Trust Emergency Department / Programme Treatment Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My son attended Royal Victoria Hospial Belfast Childrens PTU for an iron infusion and we just wanted to say thank you so much to all the lovely nurses and the doctor who looked after my son today.

All the staff were so kind and caring and never once made us feel like it was an inconvenience or made us feel rushed despite the fact my sons veins had gone into hiding!!!

Everyone was just so caring and kind and yous do an amazing job. Also wanted to say thank you to Stacey the ibd nurse who also came down to see us. Yous are a great team and we just felt so well looked after.

Thank you so much.
