I would like to express how amazing Kaite (Dietician) based BCH E Wing.

Kaite showed so much compassion and empathy regarding a recent diagnosis, her approach of a shared discussion to best meet my needs is highly commendable.

My second contact was via Phonecall at my request and Kaite voiced the same compassion again, she always included the patients view , this member of staff should be awarded for her practice in person centred care.  I certainly feel safe & less anxious  with Katie’s interventions.

BHSCT need more Katie’s
