"Everything was explained to me"

I had an out-patient appt today at the Rapid Chest Pain Clinic at the University Hospitals Monklands.

I was seen and assessed by Nurse Catriona who was extremely knowledgeable in this field..

Everything was explained to me every step of the consultation including ECG, treadmill and findings in a language that I understood . I was a bit anxious as to what to expect and also what they may find, however Catriona put my mind at ease and allowed my wife to sit in which I really appreciated.

Her bedside manner, compassion, professionalism  and knowledge were second to none. My wife had some questions that Catriona answered in a friendly and professional manner and always made us feel relaxed and reassured.

My wife is a former nurse and  simply said to me after we left the consultation that Catriona is a credit to the profession.
