Everything about my appointment was first class. I was taken on time and all the tests were conducted by a nurse called Linda. She was friendly and pleasant and put me at ease. She was also highly professional. I then met the consultant, Mr Medlock, who was equally impressive and explained succinctly my options. Hugely impressed by the whole experience
