Dear Lucy70,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind feedback about your recent experience at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. I am delighted to hear that you felt supported and reassured throughout your journey, from your pre-assessment through to your procedure and recovery.

It is wonderful to know that our teams in theatre, anaesthetics, recovery, Ward 32 and all of the support staff made such a positive difference to you with their compassion and care. I will ensure your lovely comments are shared with all of the staff involved, including Cat in recovery and Colin from anaesthetics, who I’m sure will be very touched to be mentioned by name.

On behalf of the whole gynaecology team, thank you once again for your thoughtful words. I will share this with my colleagues.

Wishing you all the best with your recovery.

Kind regards,

Nikki
