About: Children and young people / School Age Immunisation Team (SAINT)

(as a relative),

We did not attend the appointment as my daughter would not leave the house to get it. Due to her anxiety she was unable to attend the appointment for her vaccination. We have not had the vaccination, but received an email saying she has had it.
