Nurses were wonderful. A lovely experience considering what I was there for.
They listened, were friendly, attentive, didn’t make me feel like I was any trouble. A much different experience to how I’ve felt at other places.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
