I recently attended an appointment at Wishaw General Hospital at dermatology and was looked after by Lisa and Gillian. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and reassured. Both were warm, professional, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. Their friendly manner helped put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more positive.

It’s clear that Lisa and Gillian genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism, and I left the appointment feeling well looked after and confident in the care I had received.
