(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Carer Trudy has provided care support for my wife for some time now. Due to operational changes Trudy will be moving to work elsewhere on a different rota.

Due to this I would like to highlight - Trudy was an exceptionally efficient member of the staff and I hold her in the highest regard.

I have worked in business for over 50 years and this included employing staff for companies. Trudy was a considerable asset to your organisation. Trudy displayed a consistent pleasant manner, she was punctual and an excellent communicator.

When roads were closed recently, Trudy ensured she called to advise she would be a little later each day. I appreciated this high quality service and effective communication. 

Trudy gives my wife confidence which is so important to her overall wellbeing and daily living. I have been grateful of the continuity and high standard of care Trudy has provided.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with us. I am delighted to hear our Carer Trudy has made such a impact to the service currently in place and being able to give your wife confidence, which I agree is so important for her overall wellbeing and daily living. We are thrilled to learn Trudy has displayed a consistent manner and was punctual and an excellent communicator, with the roads recently being closed, I imagine would have been a difficult time getting around the area, however I am glad Trudy was able to keep you updated when this caused her to be a little later.

I will ensure your feedback is passed over to Trudy and her team and I will be adding your feedback to our carers up coming newsletter.

We strive to provide a high standard of care and although Trudy has moved on, when the new carers begins, this standard should continue.
