"Genuine care and profound compassion"

I had the distinct pleasure of collaborating with Counselor Charles, and I am of the opinion that he demonstrates exceptional skill in his profession, primarily because of his genuine care and profound compassion.

While our six sessions did not resolve all of my challenges, from the very beginning, I was connected with a social prescriber, long-term therapy services, and employability services to facilitate my return to university.

I have yet to encounter someone so dedicated to assisting others and working with such heartfelt commitment to effect positive change. Despite the conclusion of our therapy, I am grateful that Charles is actively making such a positive difference in the lives of numerous young individuals.
