I tried at 7.00am & again at 8.00am to try and get an appointment at New Pond Row surgery, only to find the surgery was at capacity on both occasions, it seems to be impossible to get an appointment.
I think that I have an Urinary infection, so the person I spoke to at the surgery said try 111. I duly phoned 111 that morning, and was told it could be up to two hours for somebody to phone me back. I phoned them again after four hours, saying that nobody had been back to me, so the lady put the request through again, stating that nobody had been in touch, another two hours later (six hours in total) and I am still waiting. Who said that the health service isn't broken.
