I would like to say a huge thank you to my nurse, Queen, on the surgical unit floor 2, for the compassion and care I recieved whilst on this ward for the day. I went into the hospital very anxious and Queen was so reassuring and kind, this really helped me to remain calm and made my experience a lot easier. Queen was thorough and consistently ensured that I was feeling okay, offering a helping hand when needed. The rest of the team that looked after me were fantastic and talked me through everything. I have had trouble with another hospital, so went to Grantham for this surgery, I have got to say what a breeze it felt for something I was so anxious about. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much and Queen will be absolutely over the moon to read your comments as will the whole team

As matron for the hub and theatres it really boosts my day to read such positive feedback. It is an anxious time coming in for surgery and the fact Queen helped with this is really heart-warming, as we work so hard to give the highest quality experience and journey and allay anxieties, and this feedback shows we are getting it right. This will be shared with everyone so thank you againšŸ˜Š.
