In April 2025, I visited Inclusion @ Gosport Hants after stopping drinking for 2-3 wks. At the time, I met with Seth, who was very concerned about my health and advised me and my wife to urgently get to hospital.
I then spent 49 days in hospital, 10 in ICU, not expected to make it through the night. The support from nurses, healthcare assistants, the doctors, + other teams, ie, dietitians, physio, etc, I would not be here today writing this. The support was brilliant.
If you are thinking of taking that 1st step to ask for help, don't hesitate. Nobody judges you. The help is out there. I've got my health (nearly) back and my family.
