(as the patient),

9.20 am appointment with Dr.Owen at Washingborough GP Surgery. Brilliant service as always!

Examined and referred for X-rays. 

Home by 10 am. Email referral already in in-box. 

Telephoned Lincoln Community Diagnostic Centre and invited to attend immediately. 

Very impressed by the centre and its facilities seen immediately, X-rays taken, home by lunchtime. Particular mention of Mel and Rebecca for their friendliness and efficiency. Also to Radiographer whose name I didn't get. Prescription for medication at chemist, same day, organised by Dr. Owen.

Fab to hear that you had a great experience visiting our new CDC. I am so pleased to hear that you got everything you needed following your GP appointment. The new centre is a great asset to us at ULTH as we are able to see patients in a timely manner in great new surroundings, which means as a patient you can have the assurance and any treatment planned as you need it. I will pass on your comments to the team
