Having a vocal cord paralysis, which started April 2024, I visited quite a few care services, having surgery early November.
Every member of staff I've met in a few hospitals and departments were excellent. The consultants were brilliant. They were compassionate, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. I always felt safe in the environment + their care. Having worked myself, in the NHS for many years, I know how staff make such a difference re quality in nursing. They were all kind, dedicated staff, communicated well with me and my husband, always kept us informed, especially NDDH, Barnstaple. All waiting rooms clean + tidy.
Hospital signs excellent, easy to manage.
Even the staff at the entrance, were welcoming and polite.
1st class experience from all.
"Brilliant staff!!"
