"Cancelled appointments"

Twice now I have been cancelled on to give my daughter jabs. She's had reactions in the past so I have to book day off and organise someone to come to the house long distance as very little family left for support and this is because it's usually a week of little sleep. This means very small windows to book appointment and costs over £100 to get family down from London.  She's 15 months moving towards 16 months and she hasn't had 12 month jab. For a service that stresses importance of jabs. Her illness n xmas will take most of my holidays. I'm running out of days off. This seems to be something they don't care about and its frustrating.
