"Treated with dignity, compassion and professionalism"

About: Causeway Hospital / Acute Ambulatory Hub

(as a service user),

I have had to attend the Acute Ambulatory Unit in Causeway Hospital on several occasions.

I was treated with dignity, compassion and professionalism on each occasion.

In particular i wish to highlight the attention of Nurse Shannon and Sister Erin who went above and beyond on each occasion.

All staff made me feel so valued and cared for.

I saw a doctor as well Sileash (sorry if this is spelt wrong) and he also was most helpful and organised for tests to be completed.

I now feel much better and would love to acknowledge the work completed in this unit. Every hospital should have one. Thanks again.

Dear yankeezw66,

My name is Karen Sheridan and I am the assistant clinical services manager for AAU.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send such lovely feedback from your time in the unit and I am glad to hear you are feeling better.

The AAU staff work really hard as a team to ensure service users receive the highest standards of care and I am really pleased this was your experience.

I will pass on your kind words to Erin, Shannon, Sailesh and the team, I know they will be delighted to hear it!

Best wishes,

Karen.
