"Care received on the ward"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Ward C3 Female Surgical

(as the patient),

I was moved to C3 with gallbladder problems. The care I have received on c3 has been amazing and I have felt really comfortable and happy. Alan and student midwife Sophie have been very nice to me, treating me like a human being and making me feel better and happier.

They go out of their way to help me and I've never felt this kind of kindness before. All the staff on the ward have also been helpful and kind but Alan and Sophie have stood out most for me and also Margaret from C4 was so smiley and happy and made me feel better about being here. You have amazing staff members.

Dear arafb38,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the wonderful care you received on ward C3.

I'm delighted to hear that as you were making your recovery the staff made you feel so comfortable and happy.

The kindness and warmth you received from the staff you have mentioned and the wider team is fantastic to hear and is testament to the amazing job the team on C3 does each and every day.

I will be sure to share your kind words with the team.

Warm Regards

Chris
