I recently went to my pre-assessment appointment. The team were so helpful, understanding and clear. Steph, Megan and Maria were all so helpful and personable. Great experience. No long waiting times and ran on schedule.

I am glad that you found the team members you meet were helpful, understanding and clear. We appreciate that the thought of an upcoming surgery is daunting and nerve-racking so, the fact we as a team have made this a good experience for you is fantastic to hear.
