About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 49, 63, 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as a service user),

Elective op under spinal anaesthetic.. Quite an anxious patient as I have undergone a lot of procedures in the past few months  at a variety of hospitals in the Greater Glasgow area . 

Without doubt if this was a Trip Advisor Site , I would highly recommend you stay here 

The staff were absolutely marvellous , friendly and put me at ease . I’m sure they were very busy but never ever made me feel a bother . They were very professional and knowledgeable and involved me in my care and decision making .

It’s impossible to remember names but all grades of staff were marvellous.

Shout out too to the ward cleanliness and thank you to ancillary staff too . 

I must say thank you to Doctors , Surgeons . A anaesthetic team and recovery staff

. Oh and Porters you were all so cheerful
