"Unprofessional on all levels"

My family member was in Fairfield 2 ward, she had a side room, she was left in poo.

I had to come in and once I asked for gloves - apron to clean my relative they all came to help. I sat there when a nurse came to clean her bottom.

Turn, no pleasantries, cold as snow. My mother was crying in pain, there was just 2 decent nurses. My mother was struggling to breathe and not till a nice nurse came, she gave oxygen.

I had to call for updates and it’s like it was an inconvenience to have an update on my relative. They say they walked her 3 steps.
