"Fantastic staff"

I went into Barnstaple hospital, Jubilee ward, on a recent Saturday and had a new knee fitted. I have to say that from the very first moment we were put at ease, knew exactly what was happening and felt confident that all the staff knew exactly what they were doing as well. 

Having an operation is never going to be easy or pleasant, but if I ever need another operation I hope I will have as good an experience as was made possible by the fantastic staff in Jubilee ward.
