The nurse Helen and doctor Mike were kind and towards me. Their manner was calm and respectful. On hearing Helen's conversations with her patients and coworkers in ED I was struck by her calm and respectful manner with everyone she spoke to.
Mike explained the reasons why he was asking the questions he asked me and was clear and professional as well as being good humoured.
I felt very well cared for.
