Hi Flowers 12,

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of the pre -op assessment team. Thank you so much for taking the time to give such positive feedback on all the teams involved on your mums surgical journey.

I especially want to thank you for your kind comments on Dr Latiff who is a highly valued member of our team and understands that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and tries to allay any fears or worries that they may have, and I am sure that you found the appointment with him helpful and informative.

I will pass on your kind comments to him, and we all wish your mum a very speedy recovery.

Marie
