The care I received from Ward 1 was nothing short of amazing.
Had a really bad experience at another hospital and having gone through 15 operations in 8 years was extremely anxious about this one. The care from Tony the anaesthesia dr and his nurse Tina was amazing, I felt like I was really listened to and every need was met. Juliana was great pre and post op and the recovery staff couldn’t have done more for me when I woke up feeling sick and freezing cold. Can’t forget Mike who has hopefully got me on the road to recovery after nearly 8 years, would be happy recommending to anyone needing orthopaedic help.
Travelling from Edinburgh was no bother and will do again in a few weeks and then again in a few months!
