(as a service user),

I was under the care of the community midwives in Kirkcaldy (Ravenscraig team) who were absolutely fantastic both throughout my pregnancy and post-natally. A special thanks to Kate, Rebecca, Orlagh and Zoey. During my time in the Victoria hospital (during the birth of my daughter), I was under the care of both the midwife-led unit and the consultant-led unit. Both units were absolutely fantastic and so kind and supportive, especially as a first time mum. A special thanks to Ellie, Ellen, Leanne, Natalie, Madison and everyone else involved in the MLU. And a massive thank you to Vee, Christine, Heather, Kirsty and all involved in CLU.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your beautiful feedback about your experience with our maternity services in Kirkcaldy. It’s wonderful to hear that you felt so well supported throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.

We’re incredibly proud of our community midwifery team, and I’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Kate, Rebecca, Orla, and Zoey. They’ll be delighted to know they made such a positive impact during this special time in your life.

It’s also wonderful to hear that your experience as a first-time mum in both the Midwife-Led Unit and Consultant-Led Unit was so positive; treating everyone with kindness is something we truly value. I will ensure that all the staff involved hear your lovely message of thanks.

Your appreciation means a great deal to the whole team. Feedback like yours not only helps us continue to provide compassionate care and reminds the team that their hard work does not go unnoticed.
