I arranged a GP review at Waverley Medical Pactice, following struggling recently. Every single time I visit the practice all the staff, anp, reception staff and GPs are all so very transparent and kind. They value respect at all times and it's so nice when trying to get your point across you are much more likely to share more.
I have had advice and onwards referrals that are going to help. They may not solve the problem but I remain positive that this will happen.
I am very grateful for being looked after in an entirely congruent way with zero judgement.
It is absolutely amazing to be able to feel 100% looked after.
