I would like to personally thank Audrey the new receptionist at Condorrat health centre in Cumbernauld. I had asked for a prescription the week before and it had not been authorised. Having been in hospital and unable to drive to doctors to pick up a new prescription script, Audrey went over and beyond her duties organising another prescription for me late on a Friday afternoon, she then took the prescription to a pharmacy so it could be collected the next day. I have dealt with Audrey on a few occasions and she is like a breath of fresh air and always willing to help. Her help was much appreciated that day

I am so pleased to hear that Audrey, the new receptionist at Condorrat Health Centre in Cumbernald went out of her way to help with your prescription.

Unfortunately, GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback or concerns a person may have about the service; they are not registered to respond directly through Care Opinion. Please could I ask that you contact the practice manager so they can ensure your kind words and feedback gets back to the right people as I know it will be gratefully received.
