"Amazing care received"

About: Community Health and Primary Care Services / NHS Tayside GP Out of Hours Service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I had called 111 for some advice on what to do, having a severe headache, they had referred me to out of hours, I had received my appointment time call back within a matter of minutes it was so quick. Dr Harun had done a thorough examination and then it led to an over night stay in the hospital. I was then released from hospital and I still had the headache I had called 111 again and seen Dr Harun again he was very thorough, we were trying to avoid hospital this time and that we did. The care I received at kingscross over the last week was amazing and I have Ellie and Jordan the health care assistants as well to thank as well as Dr Harun.

Sorry to hear about your symptoms and needing to phone NHS24 on 111.

I am very pleased however to hear about your positive experience with the GP Out of Hours Service. I am delighted you were looked after so well on both occasions by Dr Harun, Ellie and Jordan and that you felt well cared for.

We are fortunate to have experienced, dedicated and caring clinicians working in the Out of Hours service such as Dr Harun, Ellie and Jordan.
