I recently had an appointment for breast screening at the Royal Hallamshire Sheffield. I just want to say how lovely the department is, everyone had a smile and said hello. The lady doing the screening was a trainee and I have to say (sorry did not get your name) she was so lovely and a very caring nature very genuine person.
