"They are really treating him like an individual who matters"

A lot of my time has been at this hospital in recent times.  I’d like to highlight two nurses who are displaying exceptional standard of care.  Their names are Susan and Lisa.  They’re actively listening and taking time out of their busy routines to really help my Uncle. I don’t feel it’s another patient to them. Simple things such as talking with him and not at him. Helping him getting some foods he might like and not stereotyping him because of age. They are really treating him like an individual who matters. This is one of the best wards in the Vic I’ve seen so far. All the staff are great in here.  I’d like to say thank you ward 41 Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy
