"Chairs to mobilise patients between car park and hospital"

Forth Valley Royal Hospital has a large car park. When taking my elderly increasingly immobile mum for appointments we struggle to get parked even with her Blue Badge. Once we do I have to leave her in the car to walk into the hospital to find a chair before returning and taking her in. This has to be done in reverse when leaving. . Unfortunately  she no longer has the ability to walk across the car park and then across the beautiful but wide concourse to access the hospital.  

Would it be possible to place a covered stand for some of the chairs to be stored at the edge of the concourse? This would make things a lot easier for us.
