"The whole experience was very positive"

I recently had my hernia surgery done at Stracathro hospital, from the minute I walked in to the minute I left I felt, cared for listened to respected and extremely pleased with my experience. The lady on reception was lovely and made me feel welcome from the get go, the nurses couldn’t do enough for me making sure I was okay, had everything I needed and that I was okay. The surgeon was down to earth joking and laughing which put me at ease before they took me down. The whole experience was very positive and one that I would be happy to tell people about, I just wanted to thank everyone who I dealt with whilst in hospital and let them know they have left a very positive impact on me.
