We are sorry to hear that waiting for an x-ray caused you to be late to your scheduled clinic appointment and for any subsequent wait you experienced in clinic. While waits are sometimes unavoidable in busy clinics, especially the x-ray department where emergency patients are also seen, we can understand this was frustrating for you, and we will share your feedback with the senior team.

If you are experiencing difficulties with any aspect of your care from our hospital and would like help resolving your concerns, you can contact our PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) team on 0800 183 0204 or email nuhnt.PALS@nhs.net, and they will be glad to assist you.

Kind regards

Andrew, Patient Experience Officer
