"Kind, patient and understanding"

Moved my family over to the surgery after having incredible stuggles with the previous GP surgery which has left us with anxiety to even try and make an appt. Tasburgh Lodge has been fantastic I cannot rate them high enough. The GP Lincolnshire board should really look at their template and the way they are delivering a service and replicate. Everyone especially the reception staff have been incredible kind, patient and understanding. The front of house staff which I have heard them deal with quite a few stressed patients have handled the situation so professionally and patiently. They are always happy to accept calls and discuss and the online service is always open. I am so impressed! Thank you x
